The Second hand name came about because I’m the second owner, and when the truck was built initially I didn't have a good job. So I saved for a year and got a lot of parts from friends who gave parts or sold them to me on the cheap. My dad bought the truck new in 1997, drove it for years and eventually got handed over to me. Truck has 322k miles and counting. Mostly original paint (driver door, fender, grille painted from a deer hit) had the original 4.3L V6 until 319k. Truck has had a stock floor body drop, frame was sandblasted and sprayed satin black. KP 6 link, MMW control arms and watts linkSheet metal bed with line-x and matching front wheel tubs. Fully sound deadened interior, with all JL Audio components, Sub, and amp.

The interior was done in a two tone grey and grey square weave carpet. Seat was fully reformed and shaped from the original 60/40.

LS swapped with a 08 4.8, was decked, honed, .020 over new pistons and polished crank. Milled heads .030", stainless valves, .660 springs, trunion upgrade, custom grind cam, holley mid mount. LS2 intake manifold and injectors. Long tube headers and stainless exhaust. Sits on 22x8.5/22x10 Raceline Burst wheels with slotted rotors and a Little shop mfg rear
