Sunburnt Sierra
This shorty Z71 is a one-family owned classic purchased new in 1991 by the Tyree Family. After years of working, and the Arizona heat taking it's toll, this "Sunburnt Sierra" was handed down to John Tyree where it began it's journey back to its original glory. The paint was restored first by RTC in Mesa. The interior withstood the test of time and remains mostly original today. The original Z71 rims were also kept and machine finished to restore the factory look. The 285 Nittos were added for a more aggressive stance. A true survivor, the factory TBI still powers the truck today but all of the front suspension was replaced with genuine GM and Delco components. No longer having to work hard in the Arizona heat, "Sunburnt Sierra" now just makes an appearance at local shows and events several times a year to remind people that these OBS Trucks are here to stay!
• 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (Heather colors contain polyester)
• Fabric weight: 4.2 oz./yd.² (142 g/m²)
• Pre-shrunk fabric
• Side-seamed construction
• Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
